There are no pre-requisites for this course. All are welcome, coaches, medical professionals, athletes, etc. 

DNS ST1 is the the first in a series of 3 courses designed to improve attendees' ability to apply the powerful principles of DNS to strength training. This class is open to both medical professionals as well as personal trainers and strength training professionals. 

In this course, Dr. Ulm, himself a former division I strength coach, will cover DNS concepts such as Functional Joint Centration, Developmental Kinesiology and trunk stability. He will then demonstrate in both lecture and workshop to these concepts apply to traditional strength training movements such as the barbell deadlift or strict press.
