This workshop is targeted for all kettlebell enthusiasts: coaches, PTs, Chiropractors, athletes, and even active people with an interest in kettlebell training. This course will start off with a lecture to build the knowledge base for the workshop. The rest of the course will be hands-on covering common kettlebell movements like the Swing, Snatch and the Get-Up as well as accessory exercises to learn and train these movements.
The course is taught by Dr. Richard Ulm, a former strength coach now a physician. Dr. Ulm is an accomplished kettlebell athlete who uses kettlebell exercises and training with the athletes he treats. He is SFT-2 certified by StrongFirst and RKC-1 by Dragondoor. He has also achieved Sinister and is currently training for Beast Tamer, two infamous workouts created by Pavel Pavel Tsatsouline.

- Various drills for each movement
What topics will be covered in the course?
- Common technical flaws in both the Swing and the Turkish Get-Up (lecture)
- Proper bracing mechanics & anatomy of the core
- Applcation of the brace to the Swing and the Get-Up
- Cuing optimal technique in the Swing and the Get-Up
