DNS Strength Training 2 builds on the the concepts, assessments, and exercises covered in DNS Strength Training 1. This course is designed for coaches, therapists, and clinicians who have already taken DNS ST1 and want to be exposed to a larger variety of exercises, lifting movements, and DNS tests to better sharpen their ability to apply the powerful principles of DNS to strength training.

In DNS ST2, we will review what was covered in DNS ST1 and then build from there. All the exercises covered in DNS ST1 were bilateral and symmetrical movements (e.g. hiding such as a Romanian Deadlift or Kettlebell Swing, bilateral pressing such as Push Press or the Bench Press, and bilateral Pulling such as Chin-ups or Bent Over Barbell Row). In DNS ST2 we break out of the sagittal plane and cover unilateral movements such as the Single Arm Kettlebell Press, variations of Single Arm Dumbbell Row, and many others.

We also show a variety of more advanced DNS assessments and exercises based in developmental kinesiology. In DNS ST1, exercises went up to 4.5 months of development. In DNS ST2, we move all the way up into 18 month variations such as overhanding position, bear position, and differentiated quadruped.
