DNS Strength Training 3 is the final course in the new and excited DNS Strength Training Track. This track is designed for clinicians and fitness professionals who consistently utilize weight training with their clients, athletes, and with themselves.
 
All attendees must have taken both DNS Strength Training 1 & 2. No other courses will substitute. 

In DNS Strength Trainining 1 & 2 participants learned about the DNS principles of movement and how to apply them to a wide variety of strength training exercises from Goblet Squats & Deadlifts to Single Arm Kettlebell Swings and High Bar Back Squats. DNS Strength Training 3 is all about integration and mastery. Participants will learn how to effectively blend DNS with strength training.
 
Here are some of the topics covered in DNS Strength Training 3:
Review of concepts covered in DNS Strength Training 1 & 2
How to assess movement quality with traditional DNS tests as well as classic strength training movements. 
How to program effectively using DNS principles of movement. 
 
For those interested, participants can take 2 examinations, passing both will earn you the title DNS Certified Strength Coach (DNS-CSC). The first examination will be an online, multiple choice test which you can take following the successful completion of DNS ST2. The final test will be a practical examination following DNS Strength Training 3. 
 
All atteendees must pay the €80 Prague School fee.
